Impressions from Cityscape Global 2025 by Our Managing Partners
We’re finally ready to share our impressions from this truly large-scale event. 6 pavilions, more than 120 countries, and a strong presence from Middle Eastern developers - all of this shows just how much global attention the regional real estate market is attracting right now.

We saw a major focus on large-scale city developments, hospitality projects, sports venues, and mixed-use concepts. The ambition behind these initiatives is impressive, and the pace of growth across the region is impossible to overlook. Most importantly, Cityscape has been an excellent opportunity to meet great people, build new connections, and learn from industry leaders. We were inspired by the energy of the real estate community, and we’re taking many valuable insights with us.

We’re looking forward to upcoming meetings, new perspectives, and the chance to dive even deeper into the future of real estate and architecture.
Projects That Impressed Us at Cityscape Global
Our team selected several highlights that truly stood out. Here are the projects that left the strongest impression, along with a few key facts about each one:
Diriyah - one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious heritage developments and the historic heart of the Al Saud dynasty. This massive reconstruction project preserves traditional Najdi architecture while introducing museums, cultural centers, boutique hotels, and authentic public spaces. The architectural model was especially inspiring - you can clearly see how this historic district will come to life.
New Murabba - Riyadh’s future modern downtown, built around the iconic Mukaab. The project envisions a new urban district with green corridors, residential areas, public spaces, and next-generation infrastructure. A true gateway to the future.
King Salman Gate - a transformative redevelopment near Masjid al-Haram aimed at improving the experience of millions of pilgrims. It includes new hotels, public areas, retail, and a futuristic skyline — a bold vision for one of the world’s most important destinations.
Roshn Stadium - a next-generation sports and entertainment hub. Featuring a distinctive multi-beam structure and dynamic LED facades capable of displaying live content, patterns, and symbols, this project redefines how large venues can interact with audiences.
Cityscape once again impressed us with its scale, ambition, and forward-thinking energy. We’re leaving inspired by the region’s vision and excited to see how these projects evolve in the coming years.
