Acceptance of the quotation

This quotation given by Visense LLP ("Visense") is considered to be accepted by the client if the client either returns a signed copy of the quotation or provides a written confirmation via e-mail expressly accepting the quotation with all terms and conditions listed within. After acceptance of the quotation, any changes to the statement of work will incur variation of the original fee and revision of delivery timeline. If the client changes the information concerning design, drawings or any other technical data of the project which was provided in the brief it will incur variation of the original fee and revision of delivery timeline.

Start of the project

Visense will only commence the project once final inputs have been supplied by the client. In the event of partial supply of project information, the development works will be commenced on the parts of the project for which information has been sufficiently provided.

Payment of the work

Visense divide payment in two stages. First 50% of agreed amount client should pay not later than 3 working days after accepting the quotation. Visense will provide client with Color Drafts of the project after prepayment is made by the client. Final payment the client pays to Visense after approval of Color Draft Stage and before receiving of Final Image. The banking transaction fee must be paid by the client.

Comments and feedback from the client

The client must pass on comments and feedback on a project milestone within 3 working days after submission in order for Visense to follow the agreed delivery schedule. In case the comments and feedback are supplied later than within 3 days after submission, Visense has the right to review the initially agreed delivery schedule and provide the client with revised turnaround dates.

Standard work process. Changes and amendments

Visense allows 3 rounds of corrections free of charge before delivering the Final Image on the Color Draft Stage. In case you need to change anything after the Final Image is delivered, that will be charged additionally. When re-modelling, additional modelling or re-texturing is required due to certain item(s) being modelled or textures not 100% correctly or accurately, the work will be performed at no extra cost.

Out of the scope

Quote does not include photography or videography services unless expressly stated otherwise. Quote does not include adding specific characters (people) in the product unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cancelations and project on hold

If the client cancels any confirmed job or puts it on hold or don't respond for more than two weeks at any time for whichever reason, Visense has the right to invoice the client for unsettled balance. If the client does not give any respond on a project or puts it on hold for more than two months at any time for whichever reason, Visense has the right to consider the project completed and has no additional obligations to the client.

Copyright

Visense LLP reserves the right to use final outputs of delivered services for marketing and demonstration purposes, unless stated otherwise. The Client will credit Visense as the author when deliverables are published online and in printed media, unless stated otherwise. Any intellectual property developed solely by Visense without the participation of the client is and will remain the sole and exclusive property of Visense LLP.
