Using advanced architectural visualization software, our team at Visense transforms architectural drawings, CAD files, or even simple sketches into photorealistic exterior renderings that show exactly how a project will look in its real-world environment.

These 3D architectural visualizations help architects, developers, and real estate professionals present their projects in a way that static technical drawings cannot — with depth, light, texture, and atmosphere.

At Visense, we offer two main types of exterior views. Our Basic View (Human View) presents the building from eye level, replicating how a person would see it in real life a 3D perspective rendering that creates a realistic emotional connection with potential buyers or investors. For a broader perspective, our Aerial View (Bird View) captures the project from above, showcasing the building within its surroundings, landscaping, and overall site layout.

Project Initiation

The process begins with filling out the project brief and sending architectural plans, elevations, and reference materials. Once received, we assess the project scope, deadlines, and visual goals to ensure a smooth workflow.

Modeling & Scene Setup

We create a detailed 3D model of the building and surroundings, then set up the scene with well-chosen camera angles, lighting, and environment to best showcase the architecture.

Color Draft Session

We prepare the first 3D draft for your review, offering up to three rounds of revisions free of charge. At this stage, you can refine colors, materials, and lighting, but not major geometry.

Post-production & Final Delivery

In the final stage, we enhance lighting, refine materials, and add final details before delivering the finished high-resolution exterior rendering ready for presentation or marketing.

Important note

At Stage 2, geometry, angles, and surroundings can be freely adjusted. By Stage 3, only colors, materials, and lighting can be refined, major geometry changes are no longer possible.
