This visualization project became a comprehensive solution for the real estate team. It involved a full renovation of old apartments, with a focus on both interior and exterior spaces. To showcase the results, the final package included not only usual static visuals, but also one of the most interesting tools in real estate marketing - VR tour.

Although this was a renovation project, it was extremely important for the client to preserve the original character of the building. Particular attention was paid to maintaining classical details like stucco work and realistically visualising preserved textures such as parquet flooring and some of the original furniture. During the second phase of the project - producing the VR tour, we also added customization features, allowing future residents to preview different colors and furniture options. While this added some complexity to the production process, it ultimately helped us deliver a more flexible and high-quality result.
