A large-scale modern urban development designed as a continuous green and active place, combining recreation and public spaces. That aims to enhance quality of life by integrating healthy, community-focused environments into the urban fabric.

The only minor challenge during the project was testing different viewing angles in the early stages in order to best highlight both the Arabic character of the design and its modern urban aesthetic.

Overall, the project went very smoothly, largely thanks to our extensive experience working with Arabic architectural projects and partners, which helped us stay aligned and understand the vision from the very beginning.
