The goal of the project was to create both interior and exterior visualizations of a Class A office building. The client's key requirement was to convey a sense of high-end modernity while incorporating subtle historical touches. This approach allows the design to feel contemporary yet seamlessly integrated into the surrounding streetscape.

One of the main challenges of this project was the client’s strong emphasis on accuracy - not only in the design of their own building but also in the surrounding streetscape. Since the neighboring buildings are well-recognized landmarks in the city, it was essential that they be fully and faithfully represented in the visualizations. Additionally, despite having a design concept from the start, together we conducted testing of various interior options during the process to ensure the achievement of the most fitting contemporary look.

This was our first project with the Gateway Jax Team, and thanks to the smooth collaboration and excellent results, it laid a strong foundation for our ongoing partnership.
