This project focused on a high-rise tower located on Sheikh Zayed Road - one of Dubai’s most iconic urban corridors. The tower integrates residential, commercial, and recreational functions, with a design that emphasizes sustainability, luxury, and urban connectivity. Our task was to showcase the building’s strategic location and architectural elegance.

The key challenge was selecting a camera angle that captured as many of Dubai’s landmarks as possible, such as Burj Khalifa, Princess Tower, and Almas Tower - to highlight the tower’s prime location. Also, quite challenging yet worthwhile aspects of the project was working with the building’s fully glazed faсade. Since each render depicted a different time of day, it required additional effort and refinement to ensure the glass responded naturally to changing light conditions and atmospheric nuances.

The collaboration was intensive due to quite tight deadlines, but overall smooth and productive. The client provided a clear design direction and moodboard references, which helped streamline the process and impressively visualize the tower’s identity and urban context.
